You will meet with an Aubrey Homes Representative in order to find out what is most important to you. We will be happy to help you find a lot or we can build on an already purchased lot.
2Getting Started
You will solidify your new relationship with Aubrey Homes by putting down a deposit and signing a deposit agreement.
3The Fun Part
This is where you get to pick out all the features and customizations that will make your dream home unique. You will meet with an Aubrey Homes representative to design the perfect home for you.
4Getting Down to Brass Tacks
You will have a meeting to ask any final questions about the design and will sign the contract.
5Your First Look
At this stage the framing will be complete. This is your first look at your new dream home. You will walk through the home with an Aubrey Homes representative and ask any questions you may have.
6For Your Peace of Mind
Prior to your final walkthrough, a third party will inspect your home.
7Getting to Know Your Home
This is the final look at the dream home that will soon be yours. Aubrey Homes will go over your home’s unique features and give you a chance to ask any final questions.
8Checking In
Aubrey Homes provides a warranty which you will be given at closing and periodically checks in with you to make sure that your home is everything you’ve ever dreamed of.
